If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it (in new condition or used condition) within the 30-days trial period after the delivery date for a full refund, without any restocking/repackaging fee.

How To Return An Order

1.Please email us at sales@adapterfamily.com before you begin the return. Include the order reference number, name and the reason for the return in the email.

2. We will provide RMA number and return instructions including return address.

3. Make sure to write the RMA in the package. Post the order to the address we provided.

4. Email us with the bill for the return as well as the tracking number.

5. We will send the refund within 2 business days.

6. You will get the full refund plus the return shipping fee. Please contact us directly if you do not receive the money.

1 year product warranty

If the product is broken within 1 year after the order date, we will provide fixing solution or replacement for free of charge.
